Marc Henderson

Marc Henderson is a senior mining executive with more than 20 years at the helm of public mineral exploration companies. He is currently the President and CEO of Laramide Resources Ltd., a TSX listed uranium development company and was the founding Chairman of Treasury Metals Inc., a TSX listed gold company, beginning in 2008 when that company was formed following its spin off from Laramide Resources Ltd. Mr. Henderson was also the former President and CEO of Aquiline Resources Inc., which was sold Pan American Silver Corp. in 2009. Mr. Henderson is a chartered financial analyst and holds an economics degree from the University of Colorado.

20 years of extensive mine geology operational experience in open pit gold mining and on precious metal projects worldwide. He has served as a director and has led a number of junior mining companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange including Forrester Resources Corp. (formerly Vena Resources Inc.), Treasury Metals Inc., Absolut Resources Inc., Sierra Minerals Inc., Aquiline Resources Inc., St. Andrew Goldfields Ltd., Crown Point Energy Inc. and Amarillo Gold Corp. Mr. Walter holds a BSc. Degree in Geology from the University of Ballarat, Australia and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

MATTHEW ANDREWS
DIRECTOR
Matthew Andrews has extensive experience in the mining industry, focused on managing environmental and sustainability issues relating to mine permitting in Australia and Latin America, including leading environmental programs in exploration, development, operations and mine reclamation. He is the current Vice President, Environment for Pan American Silver Corp. and is based in Sydney, Australia. He was formerly part of the Aquiline Resources Inc. team in Argentina prior to Pan American Silver Corp. acquisition of that company. Mr. Andrews is a Chemical Engineer who holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Management from the University of New South Wales.
Markus Janser, MCom
Director
20 years of experience as a senior executive and business consultant in private and offshore banking, finance and investment, project management, junior mining and exploration and property development. He was also the founding partner of a retail textile company, a financial service group and a property development company. Mr. Janser holds a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
Campbell smyth
Director
Extensive experience in the investment banking industry in both fund management and capital raising. Former fund manager with with Lion Resource Management where he co-managed mining funds – both mutual and specialist portfolios focused on TSX Venture and ASX listed junior resource companies that grew to be among the top performing sector funds at the time and also with Phoenix Gold Fund, a specialty precious metals fund and key investor in many growth companies in the precious metals sector including, most notably Bolnisi Gold, Avoca Resources and Wesdome Gold Mines. He also established Cornerstone Advisors, a corporate finance, market development and asset acquisition consultancy with clients including TNG Ltd., Aquiline Resources, Exeter Resources and Paramount Gold. Mr. Smyth currently manages personal assets, investing in the resources, energy, technology and medical sectors and assists management in asset acquisition and corporate development. Mr. Smyth holds a Finance Degree from the University of Australia.
DR. SCOTT JOBIN-BEVANS, PhD, PGeo, MSc (Geology)
Advisor and consultant
30 years’ experience in mineral exploration, mineral processing, and management and administration, with over 17 years public company experience. He is a current director and Vice President, Exploration for International Prospect Ventures Ltd. and a former director and President & CEO of Treasury Metals Inc. Dr. Jobin-Bevan is a registered geoscientist with the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO) and was President of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) from 2010 to 2012.
